Acmewin International Corp. is honored to announce that its patented Aibo Dry Asher platform, featuring an advanced energy-saving and heat recovery design, has been officially invited by Taiwan’s Intellectual Property Office (TIPO), Ministry of Economic Affairs, to participate in the “Taiwan Patent Super Station” exhibition at the 2026 Taiwan Innotech Expo (TIE).
The invited patent, titled:
“Wafer Processing Equipment with Heat Recovery Function”
(Patent No. M649923)
previously received the Gold Medal at the Moscow International Archimedes Invention Exhibition.
The Aibo Dry Asher system was recognized for its innovative thermal energy recovery architecture designed to improve process efficiency while reducing energy consumption in semiconductor wafer processing applications.
As semiconductor manufacturing continues to demand higher efficiency and lower environmental impact, Acmewin has continued investing in advanced plasma processing technologies focused on:
