Acmewin Unveils RF Power Splitter with Imbalance Detection to Enhance Plasma Equipment Performance and Safety

Acmewin International Corp., focused on semiconductor process equipment, today announced the launch of its newly developed RF Splitter with Imbalance Detector, providing highly reliable RF power distribution and real-time anomaly monitoring for plasma processing systems. The product has been granted utility model patent protection in Taiwan and Mainland China.

This RF Splitter precisely distributes high‑frequency power to multiple chambers or loads, while its built‑in imbalance detection module continuously monitors the power difference at each output. When an anomaly is detected during operation, the module issues an immediate warning, reducing the risk of equipment damage and process defects and improving overall line stability and safety. The unit features a compact metal enclosure and standard RF input and output connectors for easy integration with existing equipment. It also offers an external monitoring interface that can be connected to the host control software, presenting the power balance status visually and helping operators quickly assess and maintain process quality.

Acmewin Announces Aibo II Dry Asher FEOL Process Verification Milestone

Hsinchu, Taiwan — Acmewin International Corp. (ACMEWIN), a Taiwan-based supplier of vacuum plasma processing equipment, today announced a major milestone achieved through over 10 years of technical collaboration with Taiwan Semiconductor Research Institute (TSRI) in plasma photoresist stripping technology.
With TSRI’s long-term cooperation and verification support, Acmewin has successfully completed front-end-of-line (FEOL) wafer process verification of its DRY ASHER system. Following this achievement, Acmewin has received its first customer order this year for an Aibo II Dry Asher 6"&8" system.
This order represents a significant breakthrough against global competition. Acmewin’s Aibo II Dry Asher solution successfully outperformed MATTSON ASPEN II DRY ASHER in the customer’s evaluation process, demonstrating that Acmewin’s domestically developed vacuum plasma equipment has reached international competitive performance and earned strong customer recognition.
The new customer is a well-known wafer foundry located in Taiwan’s Hsinchu Science Park, marking another key step in Acmewin’s continued expansion in advanced semiconductor manufacturing applications.
