Hsinchu, Taiwan — Feb 2026 — Acmewin International Corp., a supplier of plasma processing equipment to the global semiconductor industry, announced today that a a MEMS manufacturer located in Hsinchu Science Park has placed a formal order for Acmewin’s self-developed Aibo II Dry Asher, a fully automatic plasma photoresist stripping system. The system is scheduled for shipment in May 2026 and will be used for front-end photoresist stripping processes on 6-inch and 8-inch wafer manufacturing lines.
The customer, previously a Mattson Aspen II user, conducted a careful evaluation before selecting Acmewin’s Aibo II Dry Asher. According to the customer’s evaluation, Aibo II demonstrated clear advantages in price competitiveness, technical innovation, software interface, process capability, energy efficiency, and Industry 4.0 readiness.
This repeat successful shipment further confirms the competitiveness of Acmewin’s Aibo Asher series in customer evaluations.
